Collective Efforts was founded in 2000 by three registered professional engineers.  The founding principals have overlapping experience in the civil and environmental engineering fields. Together, Collective Efforts’ principals bring over fifty years of engineering experience.  Our staff includes civil engineers and environmental scientists.
